Killarney National Park & Torc Waterfall Cycle & Hike
This is one of our most popular day tours; in just a few hours we cover so much of the Killarney National Park and we give you the opportunity to see it from a number of perspectives. This tour combines a beautiful cycle around the Killarney National Park and Lakes, with a small hike up Cardiac Hill (which is a relatively hidden gem to the average tourist visiting Killarney). The Cycle is about 16km. On your journey you will stop off at famous heritage sites such as Muckross House & Abbey, Brickeen Bridge, the Meeting of the Waters and much more. We take another small break at The Old Weir Bridge to catch our breath. After another short cycle we arrive at the foot of Cardiac Hill. Here we lock up the bikes and begin a one-hour round hike. The hike up is short but steep. This hike offers fantastic views of the Lakes of Killarney, MacGillycuddy's Reeks and the rest of The Killarney National Park. We descend through a beautiful, towering forest trail, a hotspot for the Native Red Deer. As we make our way back to our bikes we will head towards Killarney, not without making one last stop at Torc Waterfall. Bike rental is included in the price.
